THE LAND CONTROL ACT
ESTABLISHMENT
IN EXERCISE of powers conferred by sections 3 and 5 of the Land
Control Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the Ministry of Lands and
Physical Planning declares Kinango Sub-county within Kwale County to be a Land Control Area, establishes a Land Control Board for
Kinango Sub-county and appoints the following to be members of the
Land Control Board, for a period of three (3) years─
