IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 of the State Corporations Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Industry, Trade and Co- operatives appoints— HENRY MWENDA RITHAA to be the Chief Executive Officer of the Micro and Small Enterprises Authority for a period of five (5) years, with effect from the 20th March, 2019.
