REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Simon Kamanu Gatoto, (2) Edith Wamuyu Kamanu, (3) John Mutahi Waithumbi and (4) Charity Muthoni Mutahi, all of P.O. Box 19002, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.01460 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block/61/577, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
