REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Noor Haji Salim, (2) Zeinab Haji Salim, (3) Warda Haji Salim, (4) Munaa Haji Salim, (5) Awadh Haji Salim, (6) Abdulrahman Haji Salim, (7) Abdulrehman Haji Salim Bamaarifa and (8) Nuru Hassan, all of P.O. Box 83383–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.138 acre or thereabouts, situate in the district of Mombasa, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XX/97, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
