APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 11 (2) of the Kenya Roads Act, 2007, the Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure, Housing, Urban Development and Public Works appoints— Basil Ntwiga Nyagah, Charles M. Chiuri, to be members of the Kenya Urban Roads Authority Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 22nd July, 2019. Dated the 22nd July, 2019.
