REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Charles Ohurun Nyamboye and (2) Benard Mongare Nyabiro, both of P.Q. Box 1348-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in fee simple of all that piece of land of land containing 0.072 hectare or thereabouts situate in Mombasa County in Mombasa District registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XVII/1222, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
