REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Warui Mathenge, of P.O. Brix 312; Molo in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 1.331 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Molo Township Block 111/453, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
