REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Bernard Kariuki Ndegwa, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land situate in the district of Thika, registered under title Nos. Thika Municipality Block 24/2516 and 1934, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land registers (green cards) of the said piece of land are missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land registers (green cards) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to open new land registers provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
