WHEREAS Cotswold Estate Limited, is registered as beneficial owner of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Diani Beach Block/63, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green/white card issued thereof has been lost and efforts made to trace it have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new green/white card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
