THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Isaac Kipkering Kuto and (2) Emiliana Achina, both of P.O. Box 33, Kapsabet in the Republic of Kenya, as administrators of the estate of David Njoroge Kamau, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0279 hectare or thereabouts, known as L. R. No. 7830/173, situate in Nandi Hills Township in the district of Nandi, and by virtue of a grant registered as I. R. 50691, and whereas assents in favour of (1) Isaac Kipkering Kuto and (2) Rose Njambi Njoroge have been executed by (1) Isaac Kipkering Kuto, (2) Emiliana Achina and (3) Rose Njambi Njoroge, and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act and declaration that the said grant registered as I. R. No. 50691 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with the registration of the said instrument.
