REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Richard Litunya Eshuchi, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 7.5 acres or thereabout, known as Marama/Shiraha/474, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause No. 1182 of 2010, has issued grant of letters of administration intestate to (1) Agnes Tutie Atsiaya and (2) Patrick Jomo Litunya, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed.
