WHEREAS (1) Philip Barasa Wanangwe, (2) Samuel Imbega, (3) Jaccobo Wanjia (all Deceased) and (4) Alfayo Walutsachi Wanagwe, all of P.O. Box 752, Webuye in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land containing 881 acres or . thereabout, known as L.R. No. 5753 (original No. 2085/2), situate in the district of Tranz-Nzoia, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 565/1, and whereas a surrender in consideration of conversion and subdivision has been executed by (1) Alfayo Walutsachi Wanangwe, (2) Walubengo Gregory Wanjia Wanangwe, (3) Erustus Lusamamba Walusatchi, (4) Lubisia Imbega Wanagwe and (5) Stanley Lutali Barasa, by virtua of a limited grant ad coligenda under section 54 of the law of Succession Act, in the chief magistrate's court at Bungoma succession cause No. 322 of 2019, and whereas affidavits have been filed under section 31 of the land registration Act No. 3 of 2012, to support that the said grant registered as I.R. No. 565/1 is not available for registration, notice is hereby given that after sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided no objection has been received within that period I intend to dispense with the production of the said title and proceed with registration of the said surrender. GAzErrE NOTICE No. 7117 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No. 3 of 2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Grace Muthoni Ngure (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.121 hectare or thereabouts, known as Dagoretti/Mutuini/976, situate in the district of Ki ambu, and whereas the High court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession ca use No. 381 bf 2015, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) David Henry Magua Ngure and (2) Mary Nduta Muthoni, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Grace Muthoni Ngure (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection, has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed 'with the registration of R.L. 19 and issue land title deed to (1) David Henry Magua Ngure and (2) Mary Nduta Muthoni, upon such iregistration the land title del issued to Grace Muthoni Ngure (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
