PURSUANT to section 13 of the Urban Areas and Cities Act, 2011 and section 3.3.4 of the Kerugoya/Kutus Municipal Charter, I, Joe N. Muriuki, County Secretary and Head of Public Service in the County 1484 1484 Government of Kirinyaga, approve the following fourteen persons as members of the Kerugoya/Kutus Municipal Board.
