REGISTRATION

NOTICE is issued pursuant to provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to (1) Benson Mutava and (2) Alex Muthengi, to take delivery of motor vehicle registration No. Trailer ZD 8477, Tuk Tuk KWTA 787W and Tuk Tuk KWTB 676C, from the yard of Ngomo Multipurpose Co-operative Limited, Mombasa, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all storage charges together with other costs including the cost of publishing this notice. Failure to which the same shall be sold either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against accrued charges or costs and the balance if any, shall remain at the owners' credit but should there be a shortfall the owners' shall be liable thereof.
