NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 29th November, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 132, in Volume DI, Folio 162/3380, File No. MMXIX, by our client, Japheth Mutunga Mwanzwii, of P.O. Box 244, Nzeeka in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mutisya Mwanzwii, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mutisya Mwanzwii, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Japheth Mutunga lAwanzwii, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Japheth Mutunga Mwanzwii only.
