NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 8th February, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 320, in Volume B-13, Folio 1916/14281, File No. 1637, by our client, Jackline Achieng Okendo (guardian), on behalf of Tyanna Akeyo Okendo (a minor), of P.O. 7B, Priter Road, Rotherhite, London SE16, 4QW, formerly known as Valerie Akeyo Otieno formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Valerie Akeyo Otieno and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Tyanna Akeyo Okendo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate describe and address her by her assumed name Tyanna Akeyo Okendo only.
