WHEREAS Wangugi Wairagu (deceased), is ' registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing '2.43 hectares or thereabout, known as NgandorilKirigil1783, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the chief magistrate's court at Embu in succession case No. 182 of 2018, has ordered thatthe said piece of land be registered in the name of Silas Njue Wangugi, and whereas all efforts have made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue a land title deed to the said Silas Njue Wangugi (ID/6449855), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Wangugi Wairagu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUBSCRIBERS TO THE KENYA GAZETTE THE following notes are for the guidance of persons submitting "copy" for inclusion in the Kenya Gazette, Supplement, etc.: (I) The Kenya Gazette contains Notices of a general nature which do not affect legislation. They are, therefore, submitted to the Government Printer directly. Legislative Supplement contains Rules and Regulations which are issued by the Central Government. Because of this, they must be submitted to the Government Printer through the office of the Attorney—General. Bill Supplement contains Bills which are for introduction in the National Assembly. Act Supplement contains Acts passed by the National Assembly. All "copy" submitted for publication should be prepared on one side of n A4 sheet no matter how small the Notice is, each page being numbered and should be typed with double spacing. Copy should be clear, legible and contain no alterations. Particular attention should be paid to the following points: Signature must be supported by rubber—stamping or typing the name of the signatory in capital letters. Must be correct and filled in where necessary. Care should be taken to ensure that all headings to Notices and references to legislation are up to date and conform with the Revised Edition of the Lawt of Kenya. (1) Communications for the Kenya Gazette should reach the Government Printer not later than 9 am, on Friday of the week before publication is desired. The Government Printer will not publish communications received after that hour until the next subsequent issue of the Gazette. (2) Ministries will be required to pay for the Kenya Gazette and to meet the cost of advertising in it.
