TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 143 OF .2019 By John Gichiri Macharia, of P.O. Box 214, Kahuro in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of MaMa Macharia alias Gichiri Macharia, who died at. Kaganda, on 10th March, 1982. CAUSE No. 211 OF 2019 By Eliud Njagi Wanjeri, of P.O. Box 305-10200, Murang'a in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joyce Wanjeri Itotia, who died at Githambo, on 22nd August, 2008. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
