TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 87 OF 2019 By (1) Stella Chepkosgei Kimutai and (2) Kenneth Sergon Komen, both of P.O. Box 5276, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simeon Kiptanui Komen, who died at Kitale County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 8th November, 2018. CAUSE No. 88 OF 2019 By (1) Stellah Jeptanui and (2) Cyrus Kipchumba, both of P.O. Box 398, Turbo in Kenya, the deceased's widow and brother-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Doininic Serem, who died at Moi. TeaChing and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 28th June, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
