TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 134 OF 2019 By Hellena Chepkirui Kirui, of P.O. Box 300, Londiani in Kenya, the, deceased's adninistratrix, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkoske arap Tangusi alias Kipkoskei A. Tangusi, who died at Kapkatet Hospital, on 31st July, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. CAUSE NO. 52 OF 2019 By David Ochieng Ochola, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harrison Okech Ochola, late of Kaura, who died there on 12th March, 2003. CAUSE NO. 53 OF 2019 By Susan Akoth Ochieng, of P.O. Box 66-40326, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ongech Osewe, who died at on 23rd August, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
