TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 30 OF 2019 By Rosemary Vinde Makau, of P.O. Box 1-90124, Kithimani in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanza Makau Ngololo alias Agnes Wanza Makau Ngololo, late of Kithimani, who died on 10th April, 2000. CAUSE No. 38 OF 2019 By Beth Nthambi Mukeke, of P.O. Box 1-90124, Kithimani in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Mukeke Ngui, late of Kithimani, who died there on 27th october, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. CAUSE No. 89 OF 2019 By (1) Apollo Agutu Aloo and (2) Maurice Omondi Aloo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Aloo Genga alias James Aloo, who died at West Karateng, on 22nd August, 1984. CAUSE No. 90 OF 2019 By (1) Apollo Agutu Aloo and (2) Maurice Omondi Aloo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Titus Obiene Wadegu alias Titus Obiene Wadego, who died at West Karateng, on 9th June, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
