TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 35 OF 2019 By (1) Mgika Karisa Wanje, (2) Bibi Mazia Mwachote, (3) Uchi Karisa Wanje and (4) Kavumbi Mbavu Mwatembwe, all of P.O. Box 13-80109, Mtwapa in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanje Mbogos who died at Bomani, Junju, Kilifi, on 14th November, 2018. CAUSE No. 51 OF 2019 By (1) Salama William Kahindi, (2) Sidi Mangi Mwanyule, (3) Agnes Jembe Maitha, (4) Mwenda Jembe Maitha, (5) Nzingo Jembe Maitha, (6) Dama Jembe Maitha and (7) Kadzo Jembe Maitha, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jembe Maitha Chinyaka, who died at Ngerenya, on 28th April, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
