TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 221 OF 2018 By (1) Maiko Ogada Ogal, (2) Francisca Anyango Onyango and (3) Kennedy Otieno Onytiro, the deceased's sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogal Siwa, who died on 20th January, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
