TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 22 OF 2019 By Sela Matheka, of P.O. Box 93, Msambweni in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Matheka Malili, who died at Mangelete, on 17th February, 1996. CAUSE No. 23 OF 2019 By Albertus Van Der Velde, of P.O. Box 1902-80400, Ukunda in Kenya, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pauline Wanjiru Maim, who died at Diani Beach Hospital in Kenya, on 1(0 April, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
