GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 7948

WHEREAS Joseph Maina Mwaniki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Dundori/Mugwathi Block 1/132, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the High Court in succession cause no. 272 of 2014, has issued a grant in favour of (1) Petro Mwangi Mwanild and (2) David Nguyo Mwaniki (To hold in trust for themselves, (1) John Mwangi Kamunyu, (2) Beth Wanjiku Mathu and (3) Hanna Wanjiru Nguyo), and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19, and whereas the title deed in respect of Joseph Maina Mwaniki (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of „thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name of (1) Petro Mwangi Mwaniki and (2) David Nguyo Mwaniki (To hold in trust for themselves, (1) John Mwangi Kamunyu, (2) Beth Wanjiku Mathu and (3) Hanna Wanjiru Nguyo), and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Mains Mwaniki (deceased), shall be deemedio be cancelled and of no effect.
