REGISTRATION

WHEREAS The Wakf Commissioner of Malindi, of P.O. Box 80272–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as owner in fee simple of all that piece of land known as Portion No. 99 Malindi, situate in Malindi Sub-county in Kilifi County, registered under title LT 41, Folio 364, File 3677, and whereas the original certificate of ownership No. 560, originally registered under Volume No. XVII, Folio 326, File No. 677 in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said certificate have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
