REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Anverali Akberali Gulamhusein, (2) Turab Mohameddali, (3) Hussein Nuroodin Gulamhussein and (4) Juzer Azizali Abedali Gulam, as Trusteees of the Wakf, all of P.O. Box 40589–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in fee simple of all that piece of land containing 0.0870 hectare or thereabouts, known as Plot No. 73/II/MN, situate within Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 65878, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
