WHEREAS Elijah Mbugua Muraya (ID/5942947), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.045, 0.045, 0.045, 0.045, 0.045 and 0.129 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title Nos. Kajiado/Kaputiei-North/58993, 58994, 58995, 58996, 58997 and 58998, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
