REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mary Wanjiru Karanja, of P.O. Box 40, Narok in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 1.09 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Mau Narok/Siapei Block 3/50 (Mutukanio ‘A’), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of a new green card as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
