NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Kennedy Musyoki Mutua, of P.O. Box 1658–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, the owner of motor vehicle Reg. No. KBV 770B, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle which is currently lying at Twiga Panel Beaters Limited, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of repairs and storage charges and all related expenses, failure to which the said motor vehicle will be sold off by public auction without any further notice and the proceeds shall be defrayed against all accrued storage charges without any further reference to the owner.
