ACT

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicle KAR 570K, Mercedes Actros, lying at Block 6/134, along Uganda Road, Nakuru, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of storage, repair charges and all other lawful charges incurred as at the date of taking delivery and pay the cost of publishing this notice. If the said motor vehicle is uncollected, the same will be sold as provided for under section 7 of the Act by public auction or private treaty without any other notice. Dated the 20th August, 2019.
