TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 30th August, 2019 THE KENYA GAZETTE 3637 CAUSE No. 15 OF 2019 By (1) Noor Hassan Said and (2) Fahima Said Mohamed, both of P.O. Box 81525, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Said Mohamed Matawa, who died at Port-Reitz, on 18th May, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
