TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 250 OF 2019 By (1) Calvince Ouma Omondi and (2) Perez Achieng Were, the deceased's son and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silvester Omondi Ooyi alias Silvester Omondi, who died on 1st February, 2018. CAusE.No. 259 OF 2019 By Samwel Odhiambo Omoga, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omogo Owino alias Omoga Awino, who died on 13th March, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
