TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 233 OF 2019 By (1) Fredrick Karanja Mungai and (2) Margaret Wanjiku Karanja, both of P.O. Box 46124-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's father and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Helen Waithira Ebewele Karanja alias Ebewele Helen Waithira alias Helen Waithira Karanja, who died at Bishoftu, Ethiopia, on 10th March, 2019. CAUSE NO. 343 OF 2019 By (1) James Mwangi Kamira and (2) Henry Waitheru Mwangi, both, of P.O. Box 2-00216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Karigi, who died at Githunguri, on 20th June, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
