TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 297 OF 2019 By Margaret Mukuhi Nganga, of P.O. Box 320-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nganga Kihara Nguru, who died at Kagongo Hospital in Kenya, on 8th June, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date pf publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
