Box 39, Wang'uru in Kenya, the deceased's father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthike Mugo, late of Wamumu, Kirinyaga, who died at Mwea Hospital in Kenya, on 29th October, 2009. CAUSE No. 235 OF 2019 By James Mwangi Nyaga, of P.O. Box 34, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyaga Uuki Ciuma alias Nyaga Uuki, late of Kanyakiine, Kirinyaga, who died at Mukanduini, Kiaga, on 20th January, 1990. CAUSE No. 238 OF 2019 By (1) Agnes Wanjiru Kiura and (2) Juliana Muthoni Muthike, both of P.O. Box 56, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiura Warui, late of Mikarara, Kirinyaga, who died there on 21st July , 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
