Box 32, Manyatta in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mwaniki Gachuki alias Joseph Mwaniki Gachuvi, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 5th January, 2013. CAUSE No. 146 OF 2019 By Rosina Kanini Njue, of P.O. Box, 3, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Njue Mugo, who died at Texas Cancer Centre, on 2nd July, 2018. CAUSE No. 147 OF 2019 By Gladys Kagendo Ndwiga, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndwiga Douglas, who died at Mbui Njeru, on 11th February, 2017. CAUSE NO. 148 OF 2019 By Paris Rwamba Nyaga, of P.O. Box 32, Manyatta in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Honeywell Njeru Gaitta, who died at Mukangti, on 21st September, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
