TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 94 OF 2019 By Munyi Njue, of P.O. Box 712, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njue Njagi, who died at Ngandori West Location, on 29th August, 2011.. CAUSE No. 179 OF 2019 By (1) Teresia Wambogo Njeru and (2) Cecily Njura Njeru, both of P.O. Box 79001, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthara Faustino Njeru, who died at Meridian Hospital, on 21st January, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) dayasfrom the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
