TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 19 OF 2019 By Tumanka Lemurt, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sisiten Enole Lemurt alias Sisiten Lemurt, who died at Ewaso Ngiro, on 14th July, 2006. CAUSE No. 33 OF 2019 By (1) Jecinta Waringa Tempo and (2) Jackson Saitoti Ngossor, the deceased's widow and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Maina Tempo, who died at Enoosupukia, on 13th September, 2018. CAUSE No. 37 OF 2019 By John Mwangi Kago, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Naeshoe Tanyasis alias Grace Naeshoe, who died at Narok Cottage Hospital in Kenya, on 13th June, 2016. CAUSE NO. 38 OF 2019 By (1) Kiplangat arap Kebenei and (2) Daniel Kibosek Kileges, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration inestate to the estate of Kipyagon Koyumi Kipyagong arap Koyumi alias Kipyegon Koyumi, who died at Ngiito, on 3rd February, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
