TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO.85 OF 2019 By Joseph Kimani Munyua, of P.O. Box 1066-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Munyua Kimani alias Kimani Munyua, who died at Githunguri, on 9th April, 2002. CAUSE No. 94 OF 2019 By (1) Margaret Wambui Wango, (2) Isaac Gitau Wango and (3) Esther Wanjiku Wango, of P.O. Box 677-00216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased's widow, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Danson Wango alias Peter Danson Wango Gitau alias Peter Danson Wango Gitao alias Danson Wango Gitau alias Peter D. W. Gitao, late of Githunguri Location, who died at Githunguri, Thakwa, on 6th November, 2018. ' The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
