TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 21 OF 2019 By (1) Irene Nduku Ngea and (2) Margaret Syokau Munyoki, both of P.O. Box 30772-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Magdalene Mbithe Ngea, who died on 22nd May, 2018. CAUSE No. 46 OF 2019 By (1) Omambia Okenyuri Divinah and (2) Philiph Atika Omambia, both of P.O. Box 52427-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amos Ocharo Oman, who died on 14th October, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
