TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 170 OF 2019 By Raphael Mvisyo Kioko, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kioko Maingi, who died at Kyaume, on 25th September, 2013. CAUSE No. 193 OF 2019 By Paul Musimba Muindi, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muindi Muoki, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd March, 2003. CAUSE No. 194 OF 2019 By David Musyoka Ususu, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ususu Muoki, who died at Ngelani, on 3rd August, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
