TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 45 OF 2019 By (1) Katana Karisa Kithongo and (2) Stephen Thethe Karabu, the deceased's son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karisa Kithongo Fondoh, who died at Matsangoni, Kilifi, on 2nd March, 2008. CAUSE No. 47 OF 2019 By Ndaa Dede Kiringi, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dede Kiringi, who died at Kilifi, on 15th May, 1997. CAUSE No. 48 OF 2019 By Ahmed Mohamed Shafi, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ahmed Joshua, who died at Kilifi, on 25th April, 1998. CAUSE No. 66 OF 2019 By (1) Kahonzi Ponda Chome and (2) Charo Mwaponda Chome, both of P.O. Box 285, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwaponda Chume Ngala, who died at Mavueni, Kiriba, on 6th September, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
