CAUSE No. 109 OF 2019 By (1) Lucy Akumu Onyango and (2) Monica Osweto Pius, both of P.O. Box 1-40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased's widow and stepmother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Owaga Osweto, who died on 16th November, 2011.
