CAUSE No. 84 OF 2019 By Lydia Ongaya Akaranga, of P.O. Box 5297, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jotham Akevembe alias Jotham Akembe, who died at Izava South Location, on 27th July, 2003.
