TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 48 OF 2019 By (1) Alfred Wetende Masalchwe and (2) Jared Oyiengo Alubokho, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Masakhwe Wetende, who died at Mundeku, on 13th January, 2016. CAUSE No. 145 OF 2019 By (1) Florence Akoth Sitere and (2) Zakaria Munyore Ojango, the deceased's widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Steri Ojango alias Johana Siteri alias Siteri s/o Ojango, who died at Dudi in 2003. CAUSE No. 148 OF 2019 By Mary Akinyi Odondi, the deceased's widow, fora grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boaz Diang'a Obadha, who died at Jalaram Hospital in Kenya in 1997. CAUSE N0.149 OF 2019 By Pasiliter Amunga Ngesa, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Munala Buliba alias Buliba Omusinde, who died at Mulwanda in 1975. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
