TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 96 OF 2019 By Francis Nganga Kimemia, of P.O. Box 86, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nancy Wambui Nganga, who died at Gitumbi Sub-location, on 23rd October, 2017. CAUSE No.111 OF 2019 By John Ndirangu Waweru, of P.O. Box 17, Saba Saba in Kenya, for a grant df letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waweru Mura alias Waweru Muora, who died at Gikarangu, on 6th August, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
