TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 11 OF 2019 By (1) Benither Mutunge Mutinda and (2) Michael Vaati Mutinda, both of P.O. Box 174-90125, Kikima in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Mutinda Mutuku, late of Mutitu, who died at Bishop Kioko Hospital in Kenya, on 15th April, 2019. CAUSE No. 12 OF 2019 By Davies Nzile Matua, of P.O. Box 12, Tawa in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration• intestate to the estate of Thereon* Muoti Mutua, late of Makueni, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 10th December, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and, appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
