TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this, court in: CAUSE No. 189 or 2019 By (1) David Ndambo Nguli and (2) Serah Nthenya Nguli, both of P.O. Box 1474-90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased' widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Nguli Was alias Nguli Waa, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 4th October, 1992. CAUSE No.190 OF 2019 By (1) Josephat Mwatu Muthiani and (2) Cylcilla Ndunge Muthiani, both of P.O. Box 1070-90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased' son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Regina Nzisa Muthiani, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 26th June, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
