WHEREAS Wilson Icharia Ngethe, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1300 hectares or thereabout, known as Ruiru East/Juja East Block 2/1527, situate in the district of Thika, and whereas in the High Court at Nairobi in succession cause no. 2792 of 1997 directing the name of Wilson Wrath' Ngethe be cancelled and replaced with that of Edward Kobel kheria, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to WiltetribhariaNgethe has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of R.L. 19 and R. Box 72612, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.62 hectares or thereabout, known as Gikondi/Thimu/756, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the Judge of the High Court.of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause no. 2094 of 2013, has ortlered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) Eva Waitherero and (2) George Hiram Ndirangu, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost or cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and issue land title deed to the said (1) Eva Waitherero and (2) George Hiram Ndirangu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Peter Gateri Ndirangu, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
